This is an application for condonation of delay by the applicant-accused caused in lodging an appeal challenging the judgment and order of conviction.

Heard the learned advocate appearing for the accusedapplicant as well as the learned APP. It is seen that because of paucity of finds, convicted applicant-accused was constrained to seek legal aid and that is how the appeal has been filed which has resulted in some delay.
