P.C.:- This is a consecutive Application for suspension of sentence and releasing the Applicant on bail. The earlier Application for bail preferred by the Applicant bearing Criminal Application No.846 of 2018 was disposed off as withdrawn by Order dated 9th July, 2018 by the coordinate Bench. 2) Except passage of time, there is no change in circumstances, least to say any substantive change in the circumstances, to reconsider the request of the Applicant.

ssm 2 14-ia414.23.doc 3) That the present Application is accordingly dismissed. 4) Record indicates that, co-accused namely Ashish Rajpal Kajaniya had filed Special Leave Petition (Criminal) Diary No(s).25644 of 2019 before the Hon'ble, the Supreme Court against the rejection of his Application by this Court. The Hon'ble the Supreme Court by its Order dated 13th August, 2019 was pleased to dismiss the said Special Leave Petition however, granted liberty to the co-accused to approach this Court for early hearing of the Appeal.
5) In view of the Order dated 13th August, 2019 passed by the Hon'ble the Supreme Court, list the Appeal on final hearing board as per its own turn for the week commencing from 18th April, 2023 subject to receipt of paper books.
