Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicant. The Appeal preferred by the Applicant was dismissed by a common conditional order passed by this Court on 22nd June 2012 in about 118 matters. In the Application, it is stated that the Advocate's Clerk could not notice that the Appeal filed by the Appellant was listed in the group of 118 matters.

A substantive Family Court Appeal has been

ash cam-2.16 dismissed for non-removal of the office objections and, therefore, the same deserves to be restored. The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), subject to condition that all office objections in the Family Court Appeal are removed within a period of one month from today. If the objections are not removed within the stipulated time, the order of dismissal of the Appeal shall stand. The Application is disposed of accordingly.
