This is a second application for anticipatory bail. First application vide ABA No. 1768 of 2019 was allowed to be withdrawn by me vide order dated 13/08/2019 after expressing my disinclination to grant the relief. 2.

After arguing for some time and after relying on the order of the Sessions Court, granting anticipatory bail to coaccused Mallappa, when I still expressed my disinclination to grant any relief to the applicant, the learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application unconditionally.

Permission is granted.

The application is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.
