The issue raised in this petition particularly the challenge to the order dated 08th January, 2018 passed by the Appellate Authority in Excise Appeal No. 33 of 2017 and the order dated 05th August, 2017 passed by the Commissioner of Excise, Daman & Diu, Daman are concededly covered by the order dated 26th February, 2018 in Writ Petition No.1102 of 2018 decided by this Court [Stone Wines v/s. The Administrator, Union Territory of Daman and Diu and Anr.]. This Writ Petition is also therefore disposed of in terms of this Division Bench order. There shall be no order as to costs. (SMT.
