By this petition, order dated 12th August, 2015, whereby an application for production of documents was rejected by the City Civil Court is being impugned.

Mr. Mahesh Chitnis, learned counsel for the respondent tendered across the bar daily status of the suit in which the impugned order was passed, which clearly indicates that the suit has been dismissed for want of prosecution. The said daily status is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 3.
