Since the petitioners have approached the jurisdictional Debts Recovery Tribunal, Mumbai, (hereafter "the Tribunal", for short), Ms. Patki, learned advocate appearing for petitioners, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to pursue the proceedings before the Tribunal in accordance with law.

The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

This order shall not preclude the petitioners to raise all contentions that are available to them in law before the Tribunal for an appropriate decision by it.
