The Civil Application is taken out for bringing on record heirs of the original Appellant. The Appellant expired on 25th November 2017 and the application has been filed on 24th January 2019. The application has been served on the Respondents, however, no reply has been filed. 3.

Mr. Chandanshiv, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent nos. 1 to 9 strongly opposes the application. However, for the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). 4.

Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. 5.

The Civil Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
