Learned counsel for both the parties submit that the parties have settled the matter amicably. They have produced the Consent Terms between the plaintiff and the defendant. The Consent Terms were signed by both the parties and presented before the City Civil Court, Gr. Bombay. The trial Court has passed the order accordingly on 21st June, 2018. The copy of the said order and the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as Exhibit A and B respectively.
