By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the Manpada Police Station and Bhoiwada Police Station to register an FIR on the complaint made by the petitioner. Learned A.P.P, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the petitioner's complaint dated 25th March 2023, the officers SQ Pathan 1/2

12-WP-3266-2023.doc of Manpada Police Station have registered a FIR on 29th December 2023 being C.R. No. 1092/2023.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned A.P.P, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition.
