This Civil Application seeks recall of a self operating dismissal order of rejection passed by Registrar (Judicial-II) on the ground of non removal of office objections. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the order is recalled and set aside and the Second Appeal is restored to file. The Civil Application taken out by the appellant in the present Second Appeal, viz. Civil Application (ST.) No.12214 of 2016, also stands revived and restored. The office objections shall be removed by the applicant within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the appeal will stand rejected as per Rule 5 of Chapter V of the High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960 without reference to this Court.
