Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

This application is for allowing the applicant to serve respondent nos. 2 and 3 by substitute service as per Order 5 Rule 20 of CPC.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant and averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out the case for allowing the civil application. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus:

"a) Respondent no.2 Shri. Mayuresh Arun Bhat c/o Vinod R. Kamat, Hadibhavi Galli, Post : Yallapur, Dist. Karwar, Karnataka State.

Respondent no.3 Shri. Riyaz Ahmed Mulla, Mohamed Walisa Galli, Post : Yallapur, Dist. Karwar, Karnataka State, may be allowed to be served by publishing in local newspaper i.e. Vijayvani in Sneha Chavan 1/2
