DATE : 31ST JULY, 2021 (Through Video Conferencing) P.C. :

1.

After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned counsel for the applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this application. She, however, submitted that since the applicant is a senior citizen, the trial be expedited and some time bound schedule be given. 2.

Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of as such. 3.

The trial court is requested to take up this matter expeditiously and complete the trial as far as possible within six months from today.
