Appeal is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. Appellant will be entitled to refund of Court fees as per Rules. Writ of this order be forwarded within a period of six weeks from the date on which this order is uploaded. If the appellant has not deposited the amount as per the impugned Award, the same shall be deposited within a period of three months from today. Pending Civil Application does not survive and the same is disposed of accordingly.
