Appeal is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. Appellant will be entitled to refund of Court fees as per Rules. If the appellant has not deposited the amount as per the impugned Award, the same shall be deposited within a period of three months from today. Pending Civil Application does not survive and the same is disposed of accordingly.
