This is an application by applicant/accused Baliram Pandurang Shinde for permission to travel abroad in the light of Order dated 30th July 2018 passed by this Court while granting application of the applicant/accused to apply for passport. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant/accused. He submits that the applicant wants to travel to foreign country for the period from 03/05/2019 to 19/05/2019 and thereafter he want to travel to Dubai in the month of October 2019 to meet his sister and thereafter to other foreign countries in the month of May 2020.

(10)APPANo.1182019.doc The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that blanket permission cannot be granted to travel several foreign countries on different occasions.

I have considered the submissions so advanced and also perused the Record and Proceedings.

The applicant/accused along with co-accused is convicted of the offences punishable under Section 120-B read with 420, 465 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. He is already released on bail by this Court. The appeal filed by him may not be heard in near future, considering the pendency of appeals before this Court. Therefore, the following Order

ORDER

(i) The applicant is permitted to travel to England, France, Italy and Belgium for the period from 03/05/2019 to 19/05/2019 as well as to travel to Dubai in the month of October 2019.

(ii) The applicant to furnish true itinerary to the prosecuting agency and to submit his residential address in the foreign countries so also the contact numbers. (iii) The application is accordingly disposed of. (A.M.BADAR J.) Gaikwad RD 2/2
