The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to amend the prayer clause by correcting the number of the Revision Application as 2796 of 2016, in the place of Revision Application No.344 of 1999. Leave granted.

Necessary correction to be carried out forthwith. 3.

The prayer of the petitioner is that the RTS Revision Application No.2796 of 2016 which is pending before the Hon' ble Minster (Revenue) be expedited. The learned counsel points out that N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

902-wp-3426-2018 there was a similar direction issued by this Court on 05th April 2017 in Writ Petition No.4044 of 2017.

Be that as it may, the learned Assistant government Pleader on instructions states that the Revision Application shall be decided within a period of 12 weeks from today. The statement so made is accepted. The petition is disposed of. The Revisional Authority to hear and decide the Revision Application No.2796 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible and within a period of 12 weeks from the receipt hereof.

In the circumstances, there shall be no order as to costs. 6.

The parties to appear before the Hon'ble Minister on 27th January 2020 at 3.00 p.m.
