Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the allegation against the applicant is about misappropriation of Rs.33,67,000/-. Applicant was working as a Ticket Checker in Railways. He has been suspended from employment. He is in custody since 6th August, 2019. It is submitted that an amount of Rs.5,03,194/-, was deposited by the applicant in the Department prior to registration of FIR. On instructions from the wife of the applicant, it is submitted that the applicant is willing to deposit an amount of Rs.5,00,000/-, within a period of one month. The applicant would fle such Undertaking before this Court. To enable the applicant to fle such Undertaking, the application is
