This is an application for condonation of delay of nine days in filing the Appeal. The applicant was convicted and sentenced by learned Extra Joint Special Judge, under POCSO Act, Greater Mumbai, vide his Judgment and order dated 10/11/2022 in POCSO Special Case No.340 of 2018. After his conviction he was granted bail U/s.389 of the Cr.p.c.

6-ia-546-23 He came on 13/01/2023 and then took steps for filing of this appeal. Because of this, there was a delay of 9 days in filing the appeal.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, the delay of 9 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The Appeal be processed further.
