Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 18.11.2014 passed by the Jt. Civil Judge, Junior Division, Malegaon rejecting their Application to place on record certain documents. The Trial Court, in its order dated 18.11.2014 recorded that, earlier for the same cause of action, the Plaintiff had made an Application below Exhibit-65 which was rejected. That order was not challenged by the Petitioner. Thereafter the Petitioner again made another Application for the same cause of action. Hence, the Trial Court has rejected the Petitioner's Application.

Considering the fact that earlier the Petitioner had made an Application below Exhibit- 65 for the same cause of action, there is no question of entertaining the Writ Petition. Basavraj G. Patil 1/2
