On 18/01/2023 after having recorded that the applicant has deposited the amount of fine, this Court directed his release u/s 389(1) of CrPC.

By way of present application, a modification is sought thereby praying that the applicant since has not deposited an amount of fine, the same may be permitted subject to which the applicant can be released.

Learned APP would submit that appropriate order may be passed.

Having regard to the fact that the applicant is willing to deposit the fine amount and he is yet to be released on bail in compliance with the order of this Court delivered on 18/01/2023, it is directed that if the fine amount is deposited with Trial Court, the same be accepted. In view of the deposit of fine amount, the applicant be released on bail.

Interim Application stands disposed of.
