The revision arises out of conviction and sentence imposed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pune in S.C.C. No.43275 of 2016 on 6th February 2019, confirmed by the learned Sessions Judge, Pune in Criminal Appeal No.103 of 2019 on 18th January 2020.

During pendency of the revision application parties have amicably resolved their dispute. The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'Exhibit-X' for identification. 3.

In view of the terms agreed by the parties, the impugned judgment and order passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pune in S.C.C. No.43275 of 2016 and the Sessions

The criminal revision application stands disposed of. No costs.
