We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner was convicted. The Petitioner preferred an appeal. In Appeal, the sentence is suspended. As such the Petitioner be allowed to resume the duties.

In view of the fact that the conviction is not stayed, it would not be proper for us to pass orders in the present petition. If the Petitioner has made a request to the Zilla Parishad, the Zilla Parishad may take decision upon it, in accordance with law. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. (S. M. MODAK,J.) (S.V.
