The Applicant is seeking temporary bail on the ground of marriage of his sister Sunita (Rani), which is to take place on 21st February 2016 at Jamkhed in Ahmednagar District.

The learned A.P.P. states, on instructions, that the marriage of Sunita (Rani), sister of the Applicant, is to take place on 21st February 20016 at Jamkhed in Ahmednagar District. The learned A.P.P., on 1/2 APPA-139-16.doc

instructions, further states that during the time that the Applicant has been in custody, he has been released on one occasion on parole and he has reported back in time.

In view of the above facts, we are inclined to grant temporary bail to the Applicant for a period of twenty days on certain conditions. Hence, the following order :- "O R D E R"

(i) The Applicant to be released on temporary bail for a period of twenty days on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in the like amount. (ii) As far as possible, the Applicant to be released on temporary bail by 18th February 2016.

(iii) The Applicant shall report back to the concerned Jail Authority within twenty days from the date of his release on temporary bail.
