We are informed by Mr. Phatak, learned advocate for the petitioner, that the application under section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, has been fixed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Pune (hereafter "the Tribunal", for short) for consideration tomorrow. In such view of the matter, he seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to raise all contentions before the Tribunal.
