Applicant was granted bail vide order dated 31st October, 2018. Applicant was permitted to furnish cash security in the sum of Rs.25,000/- for a period of four weeks. Said facility was extended by a period of six weeks vide order dated 5th December, 2018. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that verification of surety is done and further process of acceptance of surety is awaited. It is therefore prayed that cash facility granted by this Court be extended for a period of four weeks to furnish the surety.

Considering the submissions the facility of cash bail granted by this Court vide order dated 31st October, 2018 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.2698 of 2018 is extended by a period of four weeks to enable the applicant to furnish surety in accordance with the said order.
