This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 26.8.2015 passed by the 24th J.M.F.C. Pune in Criminal Case No.23626 of 2012 thereby acquitting the accused of the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The delay is of 24 days.

For the reasons assigned in paragraphs 9 and 10 of the application, the delay of 24 days deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice.

Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Application stands disposed of.
