This is an Application by the widow of original respondent No.1 Shri Ramesh D. Deoghare in the present Revision Application for bringing herself and other heirs on record, in place of original respondent No.1 and to prosecute the said Revision Application. It is stated that, the original respondent No.1, i.e. Shri Ramesh D. Deoghare passed away on 5th June 2019. That, Shri Ramesh D. Deoghare being original complainant, his legal heirs are intending to pursue his case.

Learned counsel appearing for the Revision Applicant has no 1/2
26.cri.IA.301.2021 IN APPR.360.2017.doc serious objection to the prayer made by the applicants herein for allowing the present Application.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Learned Advocate for the Revision Applicant is directed to implead the applicant Nos.2 to 4 as respondent Nos. 1(a) to 1(c).
Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and an amended copy of Revision Application be served upon the learned Advocate for the newly added respondent Nos.1(a) to 1(c) within the same stipulated period.
