At the outset, Ms. Kaushik, learned APP states that Chargesheet will be fled by 21st February 2024. 2.

In view of said statement, Mr. Mithare, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to fle the Application before the learned Trial Court after fling of the Charge-sheet.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
