By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking the direction against the Respondent to consider the documents filed by the Applicant in respect of suit premises namely Shop No. 11, made of patra sheet and A.C. sheet roof, Manjuwadi, Gopal Mistry Compound Dharavi Cross Road, Mumbai-400 017, in the light of prevailing policy for allotment of permanent alternate accommodation and decide eligibility of the Applicant.

For similar reliefs, Applicant prefer Civil Application No. 2009 of 2018. That Application decided by this Court today i.e. 25th June 2019.

In view of the order passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 2009 of 2018, nothing remain in this Civil Application. 5.
