Mr. Sandhyanshiv, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant after arguing the Bail Application for some time states that he has instructions to withdraw the Bail Application. However, he requests that as the Applicant is incarcerated since 21st July 2023, the trial be expedited.

Accordingly, the learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously.

The Applicant is granted liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a period of 10 months if there is no substantial progress in the trial.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn.
