2022.09.05 16:12:19 +0530 Terms entered into between the parties. The Consent Terms has been RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER signed by the appellant, Respondent Nos.1, 2, 3 and Respondent No.4, who is father of the deceased through his Power of Attorney holder i.e.
rpa 2/2 fast 2641 of 2019.doc Respondent no.1. Respondent Nos.1 to 3 along with their counsel are present in Court. Due to his medical condition, Respondent No.4 was unable to remain personally present. The Panel interacted with Respondent no.4 through Video Call and he has confrmed the terms of the settlement and the execution of the Power of Attorney in favour of Respondent no.1. The parties agree that they have settled the matter in terms of the Consent Terms.
Decree be drawn accordingly.
Refund of the Court fees, as per Rules.
Statutory deposit along with interest, if any, to be transferred to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Thane, for disbursement, as per Rules.
Appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.
