1] This application is filed for transfer of Matrimonial Petition No.118 of 2017, filed by respondent, in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division "A" Court at Mapusa, Goa, to the Family Court at Solapur.

2] The Applicant is resident of Solapur and is having responsibility of a small child and therefore, finding it difficult to attend the Family Court at Mapusa, Goa on every date. 3] Learned counsel for respondent fairly concedes that he has no objection to transfer the said proceeding to the Family Court, Solapur.

4] In view thereof, considering the difficulties faced by the 1/2

15 mcast 2901 of 2018.odt applicant and also no objection given by the respondent, the Matrimonial Petition No.118 of 2017, filed by respondent in the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division "A" Court at Mapusa,Goa, is transferred to Family Court at Solapur.

5] Both parties to appear before Family Court at Solapur on the date fixed.
