This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application challenging the order of the Family Court in Miscellaneous Application no. 8 of 2018. There is a delay of 89 days. For the reasons assigned in the application, the delay of 89 days deserves to be condoned. The application stands disposed of. The learned counsel for the applicant herein submits upon instructions that the applicant would deposit an amount of Rs.1,83,000/- in this Court within four weeks from today. In view of this, proceedings in the application seeking distress warrant are stayed.
