Learned A.P.P. has produced a photocopy of report dated 4th February 2021 received by him from the Jailer (Grade-I) Yerwada Central Prison, Pune. It is stated that, the applicant herein has undergone sentence including remission and has been released from jail on 4th October 2008. The said report is taken on record.

It appears that, as the applicant has already undergone sentence, he is no more interested in pursuing the present Revision Application. 4.
