DATE: JULY 11, 2022 P.C.:- 1] Order impugned is passed in pending Revision Application being Revision Application No.84 of 2021 whereby order impugned therein dated 16th September, 2021 came to be stayed. 2] Parties are in agreement that final hearing in the Revision has already commenced. According to them, hearing of the same can be concluded within a period of four weeks from today. 3] In that view of the matter, without appreciating merits in the Writ Petition, same stands disposed of.

4] Revisional Court is directed to decide Revision Application No.84 1/2

39 WP-1428-22.doc of 2021 expeditiously and in any case within a period of six weeks from the date of production of this order.

5] Parties hereto assure that they shall be cooperating with the Revisional Court to decide the Revision finally as directed hereinabove.

6] Rival parties have made submissions on the issue of intention to surrender possession and Petitioner's intention to receive the same during the course of hearing of present Petition. It shall be open for both the parties to make similar request in pending Revision on the said issue which Revisional Court shall deal with forthwith. 6] Needless to clarify that this Court has not appreciated merits of the matter.
