By this application, the applicant prays for twin reliefs i.e. i) that the counsel from the Legal Aid Panel be appointed to represent him in the pending appeal and (ii) to expedite the hearing of the appeal. 2.

It appears that the applicant is in jail since 2010 and has undergone more than four years of imprisonment. We accordingly allow this application and direct that the counsel from the Legal Aid Panel be appointed to represent the applicant in the pending appeal. The hearing of Page No.1 of 2
