P.C.:- Considering the submission so made by the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.2 based upon affidavit dated 3 March 2015, whereby it is pointed out that the process to invite the tender for the purpose of finalizing the agency to conduct the written examination for recruiting candidates for various post of the MSRTC, is now over, as the examination itself was held on 9 March 2014 and 23 March 2015, the issue therefore, with regard to the inviting tender as agitated in the Petition does not survive.
