The learned APP on telephonic instructions states that the Police have submitted a report before the learned Magistrate claiming 'C' summary. We accept the said statement. In view of the statement, this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing the FIR need not be entertained at this stage. We accordingly dispose of the application. In the event, the report claiming 'C' summary is not accepted by the learned Magistrate, it will be open for the Applicants to file a fresh application in this Court seeking relief in terms of prayer clause (a).
