The learned APP on instructions states that the Police have submitted a report before the learned Magistrate claiming 'B' summary. In view of the statement, at this stage, this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing the FIR need not be entertained.

Hence, application is disposed of. In the event, the report claiming 'B' summary is not accepted by the learned Magistrate, it will be open for the applicants to file a fresh application in this Court seeking appropriate reliefs including the relief sought in prayer clause (a).
