.... Respondents Mr. Vijay D. Patil i/by Mr. Nikhil Chavan for the Petitioners Ms. Vaishali S. Nimbalkar, AGP for the Respondents 1 to 4. Mr. Kalpesh Patil for Respondent No. 6.

CORAM: ANOOP V. MOHTA, J.

DATE : February 04, 2015 P.C.:

The learned counsel for the Petitioners makes statement that all the Respondents are served.

Considering the averments made, I am inclined to dispose of the present writ petition at this stage itself as the Petitioner is unable to get the protective order though revision as well as an application for stay is pending with Respondent No.2 as averred in para 6. Therefore, in the interest of justice and to avoid further complication, I am inclined to observe that no steps be taken based upon the impugned notice/order dated 14.2.2015 passed by

903-wp-1142-15.sxw Respondent No.4 till the decision on interim application so filed along with the revision. It is desirable that the revision be heard as expeditiously as possible along with the application for interim relief so claimed.

Therefore, this Court in the above background need to protect the interest of the Petitioners as they are unable to get the interim protective for want of hearing by the concerned Respondents. Order accordingly.

Any order if passed against the Petitioners, on stay application filed, the same will not be given effect to for two weeks from the receipt of copy of the order.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms. No costs.

Parties to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
