Mr. Shinde for petitioner states that petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.50 lakhs as noted in the order dated 3rd February 2023 but the amount was paid on 6th February 2023. According to Mr. Shinde the Bank, i.e., respondent no.3, has agreed to consider favourably the proposal of petitioner to settle the matter. Mr. Shinde states that in view thereof, petitioner be allowed to withdraw the petition. Petition disposed accordingly.
