Considering the averments made and in view of orders passed by this Court in similarly situated matters and as based upon the same, the representation was filed by petitioner on 20th January, 2017, the same is pending with respondent nos. 3 and 4 and is not yet decided, we direct respondents No. 3 and 4

rpa 2/2 wp-1430-17.doc to decide the representation taking into consideration the Government Resolution dated 4th June, 2016, issued by the Additional Secretary, Government of Maharashtra which has been produced before us during the course of hearing, as early as possible, preferably within six weeks from today. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Petitioner is at liberty to file additional representation with supporting documents along with earlier, within one week from today.

With the aforesaid direction, the petition stands disposed of.
