Learned counsel Mr. Mundargi appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that as per the letter dated 18th February 2022, Anti Corruption Bureau has withdrawn the look-out-circular issued against the Petitioner, and in that view of the matter the Petitioner now does not want to prosecute this writ petition in which there is challenge to the said look-out-circular. Hence, petition is disposed of as it has become infructuous.
