Heard. Learned counsel for Petitioner submits that Respondent no.2 has passed an order dated 17th January 2017 (Exhibit-E, Page 22). In view of the said order, learned counsel for parties submit that this petition may be disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.1186 of 2017, dated 25th January 2017 (Ajit Jagannath Kakade and another Vs. The Returning Officer, Nashik Municipal Corporation and others).

Accordingly, we dispose of this petition by directing the Respondents that if the order dated 17th January 2017 is still in force, the same shall immediately be acted upon and implemented on production of an authenticated copy of this order before the concerned authority. 3.
