Learned counsel for the applicant states that as two co-accused have been released on bail by the trial Court, the applicant intends to approach the trial Court for the purpose of bail and hence is seeking

sjs P2-BA-246.2015 leave to withdraw this application with liberty to renew the prayer for bail before the trial Court.

In said premises, the application stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty to renew the prayer for bail before the trial Court. In event such an application being preferred, the trial Court shall consider the same on its own merit and uninfluenced by the fact of withdrawal of the application before this Court as the same has been withdrawn without advancing any submission on merit.
