The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, states that the notice of review of the Order dated 9th September, 2014 shall be withdrawn. He states that if there is any material or ground to review the said order, appropriate order will be passed after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner. We accept the said statement.

In view of the aforesaid statements, now the proceeding for review cannot continue on the basis of the impugned notice. Therefore, nothing survives in the petition and the same is disposed of.
