This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 15.11.2015 passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Kolhapur in Criminal Appeal No. 184 of 2012 thereby acquitting the accused of the offence punishable under Sections 324, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of IPC. The delay is of 30 days.

For the reasons assigned in paragraph 4 of the application, the delay of 30 days deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Application stands disposed of.
