In Crime No. 42 of 2019 for an offence punishable under Sections 353, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code both the Applicants are seeking regular bail. The Applicants came to be arrested on 5th January 2019. There are no criminal antecedents against the Applicants.

Considering the allegation against the Applicants, in my opinion, it will be appropriate to release the Applicants on bail. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(A) The Applicants be released on bail in Crime No. 42 of 2019 for an offence punishable under Sections 353, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code on executing PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety each in the like amount. (B) The Applicants shall neither tamper the evidence of prosecution nor influence the prosecution witnesses.

Both the Criminal Bail Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
