Mr. Sagare, learned AGP, on instructions of the officer concerned - Mr. Ashish Sonone, SDO-Khed, Ratnagiri, made a statement that the subject dispute between the parties regarding apportionment of compensation would be referred to the District Court within a period of two weeks from today. The statement is accepted. 2.
In view of the statement, Mr. Kanetkar, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly conceded that the grievance raised in the petition, no more survived. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of. 3.
