This Application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 50 days that is caused in filing the Appeal. It is stated that initially under wrong advise, Applicant challenged the impugned order by filing writ petition bearing Writ Petition No.15460 of 2023. This Court by order dated 13th December, 2023, observed that there is alternative remedy available and allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file this Appeal.

Heard both sides. For the reasons recorded, this Court finds that sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay of 50 days. 3.

Application stands allowed.
